Welcome to Vision Air Cleans Ltd. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:


1. Company Information

Vision Air Cleans Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides mobile vehicle detailing and valet services within a 3-mile radius of SE4, United Kingdom.

2. Services

  • We offer mobile detailing and valet services, including exterior washes, interior cleaning, and engine bay cleaning.
  • Services are performed at the customer’s chosen location, provided it is safe and suitable for us to work.
  • We reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle’s condition makes it unsafe or unsuitable to work on.


3. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via our website or by direct message.
  • Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.


4. Payments

  • Payment is due in person immediately after the service is completed.
  • We currently do not accept online or advance payments.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the customer may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
  • If services cannot be carried out due to adverse weather, we will reschedule to a mutually convenient time.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to our arrival.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  • The customer must ensure there is adequate space and access for us to perform our services.


7. Liability & Damage

  • We take before-and-after photographs of each vehicle to record its condition.
  • We will not be held liable for pre-existing damage or deterioration of fragile vehicles.
  • If any damage is caused as a direct result of our service, Vision Air Cleans Ltd will compensate the client appropriately.


8. Refunds & Disputes

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • If a customer is dissatisfied for a valid reason, we may revise the final price at our discretion.


9. Marketing & Photography

  • We may take photographs of vehicles before and after service for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
  • Number plates will always be blurred to protect customer privacy.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
